The German kitchen in addition now is very much influenced by other European kitchens.

There are regional kitchens with specialties nobody outside Germany has ever heard about.

We would like to give an overview on different regional kitchens.

The map shows the German States. There are small ones like the towns of Berlin, Hamburg and Bremen as well as the big ones North Rhine Westfalia and Bavaria.
